"This is not a rebranding or restyling, this is a complete shutdown": Parimatch removed the franchise from Russia

Parimatch has terminated its cooperation with Russia and completed all legal and technical processes to withdraw the franchise. In the Russian Federation, Parimatch Tech software was turned off and the Parimatch brand was banned from being used in any format and on any sites. The company announced this in a press release.

"This means a complete ban on the use of advertising materials, symbols, colors, global ambassadors and Parimatch slogans on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as a ban on the use of symbols for local ambassadors. In addition, the Russian Federation was disconnected from all exclusive and general technology solutions of Parimatch Tech Holding. In other words, the Parimatch platform no longer works in Russia," the company added.

The supervisory board of the International Holding Company Parimatch Tech decided in February to stop working in Russia. The brand launch process began on March 1, and today, March 26, it was completed.

"From now on, any presence of Parimatch in the Russian Federation will be a violation of intellectual property rights. This is not a rebranding or restyling, it is a complete disconnect from the franchise.
