IT company AllSTARSIT has entered the Polish market, where it plans to hire more than 400 technical specialists. She opened an office in the center of Warsaw in January, and informed DOU about this only now. We tell you the details of the company's integration in the Polish market.

"We opened our first office in Europe in Poland, because it has the largest pool of technical workers in Central and Eastern Europe and about 20 technical universities that annually graduate specialists," the IT company explained to us.

Currently, AllSTARSIT is looking for talented technical specialists, the most popular of which are: .NET, Node .JS, React, Python, DevOps, Frontend, and QA engineers.

"Every week the Warsaw office is updated with our colleagues from Ukraine. Our relocation manager continues to coordinate the process. The company initiated an additional 3 days off for relocation in Ukraine and abroad. For faster adaptation in Poland, the company has added corporate Polish language classes to learning English and Spanish," the outstafer said.

It is known that the company has two offices in Ukraine — in Kiev and Lviv. Now the capital's office in the Gulliver business center does not work due to a possible danger. In the first week of the war, the evacuation of all interested workers to Lviv and Warsaw, Poland, was organized.

At the same time, it is noted that the finance department continues to provide all specialists with salaries in full and earlier than planned. Each team member still has a workplace and further financial support.

By the end of 2022, the company plans to open several more offices in Europe and beyond.

"The main priority of 2022 remains the continuation of globalization in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, including Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria," the IT company announced.
