Lviv will equip a large co-working space for IT specialists and complete an Innovation Park

Lviv is currently creating a large co-working space for Ukrainian IT specialists who are relocating from other cities due to the war. Also in this western city, they intend to complete the lvivtech Innovation Park as soon as possible.City, said its owner, businessman Vasyl Khmelnitsky, on Instagram.

In particular, the millionaire said that on March 11, he held meetings with Ukrainian businesses in Lviv and visited the construction of an Innovation Park.

According to him, this facility was decided to be completed despite the war for two reasons. First, to give employees the opportunity to earn money for their families, because "every saved workplace today is a support for the Ukrainian economy and Ukrainians in their native land."

"Secondly, we are creating a large co-working space right now so that our IT specialists can stay and work in Ukraine. Small teams of startups are relocating to Lviv from many cities of the country. They are thinking about the future and how to restore Ukraine. We must create all conditions for talented Ukrainians, whose conscious choice is to stay," Khmelnitsky stressed.

He assured that his personal priority now is to launch the economy as soon as possible, which is an important front for victory.

About the Innovation Park

LvivTech.City is a future innovation park in Lviv. On the territory of the former industrial zone, it is planned to place more than 78 thousand square meters of social and technological infrastructure, which will include offices, coworking spaces, creative spaces, as well as gyms, recreation rooms, bicycle paths and a modern cafe.

All buildings of the Innovation Park are promised to be built according to the standards of "green" construction LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which provides for reducing the impact on the environment, efficient use of resources, the use of eco-friendly materials and energy efficiency.
