AllSTARSIT enters the Latin American market: plans to hire 3,000 specialists in three years

IT company ALLSTARSIT has opened LATAM HQ and Customer Support Center in Bogota, Colombia. It has already signed major contracts with leading cybersecurity clients and plans to hire up to 500 Technical Support Engineers by the end of 2022, the company said.

"We continue to develop and globalize. In parallel with the development in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, Israel and Dubai, we have reached a new level and opened LATAM HQ and Customer Support Center in Colombia. Our large-scale globalization will contribute to the development of professional ties and strengthen our position in the international IT market," the company expects.

Details of integration into the new market

According to the CEO of AllSTARSIT, the Columbia office plans to hire more than 3,000 support engineers over the next three years.

"By the end of 2023, the company intends to hire 1,000 Technical Support Engineers in Colombia. In addition, AllSTARSIT aims to build 2 more technical customer support offices in Colombia in the cities of Barranquilla and Medellin by 2024," he said.

The new representative office is designed to become a global world-class Support Center for the Israeli technology market.

As the company explained, entering the Latin American talent market means that "AllSTARSIT provides its customers with 24/7 support in different time zones."

About the possibility of relocation

The Bogota office invites the company's community of specialists to visit and work (in accordance with the local laws of each country) as much as possible from the company's offices or from their temporary or permanent residence, without the obligation to visit the offices.

In addition, the company's employees are invited to move to Colombia, Bogota, and join local experts through a relatively simple process and request permanent residence.

At the same time, the IT company added that they in Colombia will target mainly the local talent pool.

On further business development in Ukraine

In turn, the plans in Ukraine, as assured in the company, remained the same as they were before the war.

"Ukraine has been and will remain the largest development center of AllSTARSIT, and we continue to actively recruit engineers, taking care of their financial and personal well — being and, of course, the safety of them and their families," the company stressed.

Now it has a room on 3 floors in the center of Kiev (Business Center "Gulliver") and an active office in Lviv. However, due to the war, the company moved its head office from Kiev to Warsaw (Poland).

Moreover, on the eve of the war, AllSTARSIT signed a contract for a 2-storey office in one of the newest buildings in the center of Lviv. Now construction work continues there.

In addition, the company's employees continue their extensive volunteer activities and relentless fundraising, assistance to Ukrainian refugees in Poland and the purchase of auxiliary equipment for the military.

As you know, AllSTARSIT is an international company that provides software research and development services, hiring remote teams, and technical support. Its headquarters are located in Israel.

Earlier, the IT company AllSTARSIT entered the Polish market by opening an office in the center of Warsaw. There, it plans to hire more than 400 technical specialists.

Before that, it was reported that AllSTARSIT organized the opportunity for its employees to work remotely from Sri Lanka in winter. To do this, she rented an oceanfront villa in the resort town of Unawatuna.
