SAP has launched a job portal for Ukrainian displaced persons. There is a demand for developers and recruiters

German business software manufacturer SAP has launched a special job portal for people who have been forced to leave Ukraine (SAP Jobs Portal for Refugees from Ukraine). Programmers, recruiters, and support managers are among the most popular specialists.

"On this page you will find SAP vacancies in different countries that offer special support and adaptation to Ukrainian refugees. You also have the opportunity to register with our talent community, even if you don't have a resume. In this case, one of our recruiters will contact you directly," the portal says.

At the same time, it states that the application process is carried out in English, since this is the official language of communication in SAP. Accordingly, proficiency in English is one of the conditions for employment in this company.

SAP noted that it is ready to employ people who have experience in the following areas::

software design and development; sales;pre-sale;consulting;support;HR policy; finance.

The company also provides internship opportunities for those interested in a career in software engineering.

On support for refugee adaptation

Separately, to support displaced persons from Ukraine, SAP is implementing a special adaptation process for refugees who have arrived in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. The company is working to extend it to other countries as well.

This process includes support for friends with an existing Ukrainian employee, mental health support, as well as training and language courses, child care options (in selected countries), and additional ways to earn money for new employees.
