Ukrainian BetterMe: Health Coaching App entered the top 3 in the world by active users

One of the mobile applications of the Ukrainian startup BetterMe, which develops IT products for a healthy lifestyle, was included in the top 3 applications in the world by the number of active users per month in the category "guided workout apps". This is stated in the Apple report "the Success of Third-party Apps on the App Store".

According to DOU, the IT company is talking about their BetterMe: Health Coaching App.

"Every month, 4 million people, including only iPhone users, train with BetterMe, which is almost 1 million more than with the Nike Training Club. ... This is a significant success for us, we were very happy to receive such joyful news at such a difficult time," the startup stressed.

It is known that in the report, the Apple team analyzed the activities of leading AppStore applications from various industries around the world.

About free access to the app for Ukrainians

Earlier, the company provided free access to its flagship physical health support app BetterMe: Health Coaching for all Ukrainians.

The app also has a new section with rukhanka for preschool and school-age children. Materials for children are provided by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine.

As you know, this app contains personalized training programs designed for any level of physical fitness. Workouts include various types of fitness, dancing, walking, yoga, boxing, Pilates, running, and more. There are separate training sessions for wheelchair users, elderly users, pregnant women, and children.

In addition, the app offers personalized nutrition programs with the ability to choose the type of diet, calories, and so on. Nutrition programs for people with Type I and II diabetes have been developed separately. Training courses on the basics of proper nutrition are also available.

Recently, another product of the company, an application for maintaining mental health — BetterMe Mental Health — also became free for Ukrainian users.

As reported, since the beginning of a full-scale war, BetterMe startup has redirected the work of its team to information warfare and support for the Ukrainian army.
