Apple unblocks Russian access to its spring presentation

On March 8, at 20: 00 Kyiv time, Apple began its Spring presentation of Peak Performance. This afternoon, Russian users noticed that they had blocked access to the presentation on Apple's official YouTube page. Instead of a splash screen, they saw the message: "video unavailable. The owner of the video has banned viewing it in your country."

On the Russian website of Apple, there was also no announcement of the presentation, there are still events for the fall of last year. Announcements about today's event can only be viewed in Russia via a VPN.

However, now the broadcast has been unblocked, and users from the Russian Federation can easily view it on YouTube. The company did not publish any announcements on this issue.

Earlier, Apple condemned the aggression of the Russian Federation and stopped the operation of its stores in Russia. The company also started raising money to support Ukraine on its website and apps.
