Ukrainian IT company Yalantis opens office in Warsaw
Ukrainian IT company Yalantis announces the opening of a new R&D office in Poland. The representative office will open in the second half of September. Recruitment will focus specifically on Ukrainians, the company told DOU.
The office will be located in the city center on the 13th floor. The arrangement is classic: meeting rooms, recreation areas, kitchen and city view.
"When we decided to open an office, there were about 30 of our specialists in Poland. They need a place for comfortable work and networking. In addition, there are many Ukrainian IT specialists in Poland, to whom we can offer competitive terms of cooperation. In recruiting, we focus specifically on Ukrainians. The company is also ready to cooperate with those who have decided to move the center of vital interests to Poland," says Denis Rudenko, COO at Yalantis.
The Polish IT market has its own advantages, according to Yalantis: there are development offices of World companies, a developed logistics structure, a harmonious ratio of wages to the cost of living and a similar mentality to the Ukrainian one.
In addition, you can fly directly from Warsaw to almost all the company's customers in the United States, Asia and Europe.
For cooperation in the new office, they are looking for experienced technical specialists: Rust Developers, React.JS Developers, Java Developers, and DevOps Engineers (AWS). The team also requires a Senior Scrum Master and an Engagement Manager.
Yalantis has developed a special relocation program for specialists, which provides financial assistance and a program for adapting specialists.
