EPAM stops hiring employees in Belarusian office

In the vacancies section on the EPAM website, there are no more job offers in the Belarusian office. Ukraine and Russia also disappeared from the list. This was noticed by the publication dev.by.

In a comment, EPAM representatives confirmed that they will not hire additional employees in Belarus yet, as more and more clients are imposing restrictions on working from this country.

"We invite specialists interested in working with EPAM to join the company in our other offices with the possibility of further transfer to the Belarusian division if customer restrictions change," EPAM added.

Earlier, EPAM announced that it will not serve Russian customers, does not cooperate with the Russian government and fully complies with all sanctions. However, the closure of the office in Russia or Belarus has not yet been discussed.

EPAM recently opened a new office in Uzhgorod — a coworking space for 50+ jobs and shelter for up to 40 places for colleagues and their families who were forced to leave their homes.
