Kharkiv-based CodeIT company opens two new offices in Ukraine and Bulgaria
Since the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion, the Kharkiv company CodeIT has opened two offices: in Sofia (Bulgaria) and in Vinnytsia. A new delivery center was in the plans, but the war forced us to speed up the implementation of our plans, as well as adjust them and open two offices instead of one. DOU was informed about this by the company.
What is known about the CodeIt office in SofiaThis was the first R&D office of the company abroad, which was opened in the spring. The new representative office helped to continue working with existing clients and attract new ones.
"Managers also looked ahead and realized that soon specialists will get tired of circumstances and remote work, they will need socialization and unification with colleagues, people with common interests," DOU explains in the company.
Today, CodeIT actively attracts local Bulgarian specialists for further development, as well as hires Ukrainians. Currently, there are no restrictions on the number of specialists who can work in the new coworking space.
The following vacancies are currently relevant for Bulgaria: Middle IT Recruiter, Middle Full Stack (Angular.js/Node.js) Developer, Senior Full Stack (Angular.js/Node.js) Developer, Senior / Lead Business Analyst, etc.
Specialists will implement projects in the fields of E-learning, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc.
What is known about the CodeIT office in VinnytsiaThe team worked on the launch of the office in Vinnytsia for more than a month. They decided to open a representative office there, because many of the company's specialists who were forced to leave Kharkiv stopped in Vinnytsia. In addition, the city is located in the center of Ukraine, so it is convenient to get to it, CodeIT says. The office is designed for one hundred people.
CodeIT supports and helps organizationally and financially anyone who wants to move to Vinnytsia, but does not force team members to do so. Specialists can continue to work remotely at their own request.
Now the company is looking for: Senior Business Analyst, Middle/Senior System Administrator, Middle Customer Care Specialist, etc.
Specialists will work on Fintech projects, Logistics, CRM, and so on.
What will happen to the Kharkiv Office of CodeITBefore the outbreak of hostilities on February 24, the company's main office was based in Kharkiv. Now he has suspended work in full format, but those team members who decided to stay in the city continue to work there. One of them is CodeIt CEO Alexey Kholodenko.
The company says that it will be able to launch a full-fledged representative office in Kharkiv only after a cease-fire in the region. After winning the war, CodeIT wants to restore the office as team members seek to return to Kharkiv.
