The function of automatic registration of sole proprietors is again available on the portal for the provision of public services "Diya". This was announced on March 28, 2022 by the press service of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine.

"The world's fastest business registration is once again available on the Diya portal," the release says.

It is known that since the beginning of the war, this service has been temporarily unavailable, because the registers were turned off to save the data of Ukrainians. Now the unified state register of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and public formations is working again, and you can apply for automatic registration of sole proprietors.

How to open an individual entrepreneur on the Diya portal

You can now register an individual entrepreneur again in a few clicks. To do this, you must:

log in to the portal using this link;fill out an online form;check and confirm your data with an electronic signature.

The Ministry of Digital Development claims that this whole procedure takes about 10 minutes. Then the application is automatically sent to the Register of individual entrepreneurs, processing takes less than 2 seconds.

"Start your own business, support the country's economy during the war. ... Save time, nerves and paper," the Ministry concluded.
