Intel finally stops all business operations in Russia

Intel, the world's largest manufacturer of semiconductor elements and devices, is finally shutting down its operations in Russia due to its war against Ukraine. Earlier, it announced the termination of deliveries of its products, and now it has decided to finally close all business processes, according to the website of the American company.

"Intel continues to join the international community in condemning Russia's war against Ukraine and calling for a speedy return to peace. We immediately suspended all business operations in Russia," the statement said.

At the same time, the company clarified that this is due to their previous decision to suspend all deliveries to customers in Russia and Belarus.

"Our thoughts are with all those who suffered from this war, especially with the people of Ukraine and surrounding countries and with all those who are relatives, friends and relatives in the region around the world," the company assured.

They also added that they are currently working to support all employees in this difficult situation, including 1,200 employees in Russia. At the same time, the company has implemented business continuity measures to minimize disruptions in global operations.
