"The possibility of remote work or work from offices in safe regions". EPAM on renewal of employment in Ukraine
EPAM has started looking for specialists in Ukraine again, as evidenced by the vacancies section on the site. In a comment to the DOU editorial board, the company told in more detail who and for what positions they are looking for.
EPAM temporarily stopped searching for new talent on February 24, after a full-scale war broke out. Since then, all the company's resources have been devoted to taking care of the safety of specialists and their families.
Now all specialists are relatively safe. The company continues to focus on supporting teams, but is already opening a limited number of vacancies. They are looking for specialists who understand BigData and Node.js, DevOps with Clouds, Java, .net, PowerApps, Salesforce, test Automation, etc .
"Open vacancies, the number of which continues to increase, provide for the possibility of remote work or work from the company's offices in relatively safe regions," EPAM notes.
The company says that productivity has almost recovered to the level that it was before a full-scale war. More than 90% of specialists have already fully returned to work.
"EPAM has considerable experience in organizing remote team interaction, a set of effective tools honed during the COVID-19 pandemic. this has helped to quickly adapt to the conditions of the new reality. In addition, we have representative offices in almost all regions that are now considered relatively safe, so while some of the specialists moved and transported their loved ones, the other part continued to perform project work and insure colleagues who were engaged in security issues," the company added.
Today, EPAM offices in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, and Khmelnitsky remain open to the public. During the war, the company opened a new office in Uzhgorod, and continues to consider other locations.
