Sii is ready to open offices in Ukraine, but after the war. Now there is a possibility of relocation to Poland
Sii Ukraine (part of a major global outsourcer Sii Group) does not abandon its ambitious plans for the Ukrainian market (opening development offices in at least four cities and hiring up to 3,000 specialists), but after the end of the war. This was reported to DOU in the company.
"Sii continues its development plan in Ukraine. We are a big, experienced and serious player in the IT field, and we are not going to back down. Of course, Russian aggression has slowed down, but we can still hire new colleagues who can also work from Ukraine. As soon as the war is over, we will work with redoubled efforts for the development of Sii Ukraine," the outsourcer told us.About continuing to hire and the possibility of relocation
Currently, the company continues to hire new specialists, including specialists in Java, .net, Mobile or C/C++. In total, more than 80 vacancies are currently open in Sii, including positions for senior positions.
"There is an option to move to Poland, we help people with documents, travel, which city to choose, an apartment (we pay for 2 months), a kindergarten, plus we pay an additional bonus for moving, etc.," the IT company noted.

Recall that in mid-February 2022, Sii informed us that they plan to open their offices in Kiev, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro and other cities of Ukraine. They expected that at least one new office would be opened in 2022.
"We aim to attract 2000-3000 employees in Ukraine in the coming years and open new offices in many cities. About 80-90% of these employees will be programmers and other IT specialists," the company announced at the time.
