The government did not abandon the initiative of "evidoryadzhennya" - Shmygal
The Cabinet of ministers has not abandoned the introduction of the "e-branch" service on the Diya portal and plans to approve it after the Ministry of Economy finalizes the draft resolution. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during a press conference on September 14.
The Ministry of economy should "polish" the mechanism and make it simpler, clearer and more acceptable for business.
"I am convinced that the Ministry of economy will find a more correct formula for businesses to have more opportunities to develop their exports," Shmygal said.
Recall that the decree, which should allow men liable for military service to travel abroad on business trips on bail, did not work on September 1, because it was not signed by the Prime Minister.
The proposed mechanism for IT specialists to travel abroad provided for a number of conditions and restrictions for sole proprietors and companies. In particular, it was said that you can go on a working trip for up to seven days. No more than 10% of the company's insured specialists and no more than ten people at the same time had to get permission to leave at the same time. In addition, specialists had to submit tax reports, make a guaranteed payment of 200 thousand hryvnias.
In this article, we explained why "e-discharge" remains only in the plans in the future.
