It employer rating 2022: rate your company
It's time to look at how specialists worked this year and identify the best IT employers. We invite IT professionals to participate and evaluate their company. The rating is free and open to all companies.
We have been conducting a rating of employers since 2010: first it was Best Employer, and in 2012 we launched the "rating of IT employers of Ukraine", in which all Ukrainian IT companies can participate and which last year collected more than 15 thousand votes.

We will evaluate these aspects on a 7-point Likert scale:
I totally agree.I agree. In principle, I agree. It's hard to say, I can't decide.I don't quite agree.I don't agree.I don't agree at all.The last five possible answers can be accompanied by the comment "what is not satisfied? Can this be fixed?». The text of this comment (without specifying the author) can be seen by your company's administrators.
How we thinkIn the final table, we will calculate the arithmetic mean for each block of the questionnaire: "compensation", "working conditions", "Career", "Project", "Company", "loyalty". And the company's total score is the arithmetic mean for all six blocks.
To calculate the indicators of six blocks of questions, we assign each answer a number from 6 (The "Totally agree"option) to 0 ("totally disagree"). To get the result for a specific block of questions, we sum all the answers in it in points, then divide the amount received by the maximum possible result of the company (6 * number of answers) and multiply by 100. Thus, we get the result for each block, expressed in % to the maximum possible estimate.
For example, if three respondents answered a question and gave ratings of "6 "("Totally agree"), "6" ("Totally agree"), and "1" ("disagree"), then the overall rating of the block will be ((6 + 6 + 1) / (6 * 3)) * 100 = 72%.
In the table, the sum of points is rounded to an integer. If you hover the cursor over the score, you will see a more accurate value rounded to hundredths — for example, 95.52 instead of 96 (this is true for companies that have the same number of integer points, but different places in the rating).
How to voteTo vote, you need a DOU profile with a linked LinkedIn account. In addition, you need to enter your corporate email address, where we will send a code to confirm that the specialist votes for the company in which he works.
Important: we do not store corporate emails, only domains. We do not link your corporate email to your DOU account. If you haven't received an email with the code within 15 minutes of entering the email, please check the "spam" folder and write to [email protected]. Voting is not possible via Gmail or other public email services.
All companies registered on DOU participate in the rating. If your company is not on the list of registered companies or the company is registered, but you can't vote, please write to [email protected].
✔️ VoteIf you already have a voting code, enter it on this page.
Voting is open throughout the year, and follow the interim results on the rating page.
We remind you that the more specialists work in the company, the higher the entry barrier for it in terms of the number of questionnaires, so tell your colleagues and friends about the rating. Also, if you filled out the questionnaire last year, then it's time to vote again. The vote is valid for one year.
If you have any questions about the rating or can't vote, please write comments here, on the forum, or to [email protected].
