Ukrainian IT company fires employee for supporting Putin

On July 1, the Ukrainian IT company SQUAD dismissed an employee who said that he supported Putin.

Most importantly, the SQUAD dismissed a specialist who expressed support for Putin's actions in the video. The company received a link to the post from subscribers. SQUAD said that " the behavior of this person is absolutely shocking, unacceptable and goes against the position of the company." Details

The SQUAD promised to make changes to the recruitment process and do everything possible to prevent Putin's fans from joining the team.

DOU also asked SQUAD for comment on the details of the incident and future changes to the company. As soon as we receive a response, we will update the news.

Earlier, DOU said that a fake candidate, probably from Russia, tried to get a job in a Ukrainian IT company. The man identified himself as Ernest Trachuk and noted that he was originally from Zaporozhye, and claimed a Senior position. However, it turned out that Trachuk had previously tried to get an offer from a Belarusian company and said that he lives in Uzhgorod.
