TechMagic acquired Dynamo Development. We tell you about the details of the transaction

TechMagic has bought Dynamo development. The parties do not disclose the amount of the transaction. TechMagic plans to strengthen its presence in the US market and accelerate its growth through the purchase. The company reported this to DOU.

"Even before the war, we were looking for solutions to effectively scale the company. Dynamo's experience and reputation will expand our presence in the United States and complement our portfolio with stable and promising clients. In addition, we are close to their engineering culture and values, and together we can get more opportunities for development," says Oleg Dats, Co — Founder and CEO of TechMagic.

The agreement stipulates that the company will become a division of TechMagic and operate as a separate Delivery Unit, and the Salesforce department will become part of a subsidiary of TechMagic — MagicFuse. The team and working approaches will also be saved.

The integration process is planned to be gradual and should be completed in early 2023. After integration, TechMagic will have about 300 specialists.

The company plans to invest in the development of delivery centers and expand the team. It is also planned to open an office in Krakow in the near future.

Dynamo Development is based in New York with its main development center in Kiev. Dynamo now has more than 50 specialists. For more than 25 years, the company has been helping large companies from the fields of finance, healthcare and real estate to create technological solutions for their businesses.
