Rosh IT Holding acquired a minority stake in Neurons Lab

The Rosh group of companies has acquired a minority stake in Neurons Lab, a developer of artificial intelligence solutions.

According to Roosh's managing partner Dan Dmitrenko, "the sum with six zeros" bought from 31% to 49% of the company. The parties do not disclose more details.

Negotiations between Roush and Neurons Lab began in the fall of 2021. It is reported that this is the first investment of Rosh holding since the beginning of a full-scale war in Ukraine and the first in the entire three-year history of Neurons Lab.

"Roosh builds an ecosystem of companies that easily interact with each other, share experiences and strengthen each other. Neurons Lab specializes in research and development in the field of AI/ML. Their target audience is seed and series a tech companies that want to accelerate their AI/ML research or improve efficiency by building AI products from scratch. By joining our ecosystem, Neurons Lab will be responsible for this particular area. In addition, together we will be able to accelerate the growth of Rosh Ventures ' portfolio companies by offering unique assistance in developing AI solutions," Dan Dmitrenko comments on the deal.

Dmitrenko and another partner of the company, Kirill UKHO, will join the Board of Directors of Neurons Lab.

Founded by Entrepreneur Sergey Tokarev, Roosh holding is a group of technology and investment companies focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Businesses include the AI house educational community platform, set University techno, and Reface and ZibraAI startups. The fund's portfolio includes 34 startups, mostly from the United States and Europe. Rosh Ventures invests 2 20-25 million a year, and has closed more than 10 investments since the beginning of 2022.

Neurons Lab is a three-year-old startup that develops solutions based on artificial intelligence for customers. The founders are Igor Sidorenko, Alexander Gonchar and Anton Fedulov. Options also have several partner employees who help develop the project. The operating team consists of 25 people, and another 60 engineers are working on project development. Neurons Lab is currently working on orders for eight customers. During all this time, there were about 30 of them. among the customers are CHORD X, an analytical startup from the marine shipping industry, and Creative Practice Solutions, a medical consulting company.
