Ukrainian manufacturer of Smart home systems i3 Engineering has entered the Lithuanian market

Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of wired smart home systems i3 Engineering has entered the Lithuanian market. The first official distributors in the region were Geras Elektrikas and Rass Security Systems.

The main thing is that on July 19, the Ukrainian manufacturer of Smart home systems i3 Engineering entered the Lithuanian market, the company told DOU. I3 Engineering devices are chosen for private real estate and commercial premises: hotels, restaurants, greenhouses, etc. Among the implemented projects: restaurant chains, night clubs, private apartments and houses, and even a strawberry farm. In 2021, i3 Engineering equipment received CE certification, which allows it to be sold in Europe. The company planned to launch on the European market later, but due to the war, the team decided to actively attract partners.

"Almost 70% of the home automation industry is accounted for by the residential segment, so we are primarily interested in countries where construction is actively underway. We conducted a study and found that over the past few years, the demand for buying apartments in new buildings of the middle price segment has increased in large cities of Lithuania. Another factor is energy saving, heating and electricity prices in Lithuania are quite high. The third factor is the growth of the smart gadget market. People want to have one system that manages everything in the House," DOU explained to the company.

Cooperation on distribution terms involves technical and marketing support, training and trainings, development of customized solutions, says Yuri Tsigil, sales director of i3 Engineering.There are no plans to open an office in Lithuania yet, and Partners Geras Elektrikas and Rass Security Systems will support clients there.The company's priority is the nearest markets, which are close to the team in mentality. Geras Elektrikas was founded in 2016 and offers home automation solutions that combine lighting, climate control, access control, multimedia, video surveillance, louver control, irrigation, and energy consumption into a single system.

The Rass Security Systems team is a distributor and integrator, they have been operating in the Lithuanian market for more than 20 years. The company offers security products such as intrusion prevention systems, monitoring, access control, intercoms, and smart home systems.

i3 Engineering is a Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of smart home systems and automation devices, the product line consists of 15 wired controllers of the Atom series.

The main office of i3 Engineering is located in Lviv. At the end of 2021, the team planned to open 2 more offices: in Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk, but a full-scale war forced to postpone this process. Currently, the team consists of 28 people.
