On the basis of the Ukrainian educational hub in Poland, they promise to train Ukrainians from other countries: Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

The initiators of the creation of a network of Ukrainian educational hubs are the Ministry of education and science, the Institute for modernization of educational content, as well as the Association for innovative and digital education.
