The difference between a board and any executive position is that its main work is exclusively related to the constant upgrade of strategy, management mentoring, vision and mission of the company. An Advisory board member must have a strong local and global network, and must have many years of experience in a similar industry. IN UNIT.They say that they have been scouting for a long time, looking for similar projects and pros in the global market.Despite changes in the management, the format of the park's operation and business model have not changed, DOU says in UNIT.City. The park is fully operational.There are projects from which in UNIT.City refused: first of all, these are the platforms that the Innovation Park financed independently. There are fewer funds and the priority has changed, they explain. However, they are now trying to reconfigure these projects. The Advisory Board was headed by Keys Silverang. For him, UNIT.City is interesting as a project, because Silverang has a relevant background. The Advisory Board also includes Rick Rasmussen, a research associate at the University of California, Berkeley, director of the Sutardja Center for entrepreneurship and technology (where he is responsible for creating new programs focused on entrepreneurship and corporate innovation).
