Lithuanian company CyberCare enters the Ukrainian market

CyberCare, a Lithuanian company that develops automated communication tools and provides service support for clients in the field of cybersecurity, opens an office in Lviv.

The main thing is that CyberCare is a company headquartered in Vilnius that provides service support to customers working in the field of cybersecurity. In particular, CyberCare develops automated tools, such as chatbots, to help communicate with users. The Lithuanian company opens an office in Lviv, where it plans to hire 10 specialists at the initial stage, and by the end of next year — to expand the staff to 100 people.

"At the start, we plan to attract customer support specialists, and we will look for other candidates — programmers, developers, etc. — if necessary," DOU said in the company.

Cybercare, a company in the Tesonet group, plans to expand rapidly as Vilnius becomes an increasingly competitive destination.

Dainius Vanagas, director of CyberCare, speaking about the development in Ukraine, noted that it was not chosen by chance — "there are many young educated people there, and the necessary competencies are concentrated there." In addition, the company emphasizes the importance of supporting "friends who are also fighting for our freedom, and the employment of people in the war zone contributes to the Ukrainian economy."

"CyberCare has had contacts and cooperation in Lviv for some time. In addition, Lviv is a city of young and proactive people that we need. There are many competitive specialists who are looking for the prospect of an international career in Lviv," the company added.

Currently, CyberCare employs more than 420 specialists. The company has branches in Vilnius and Kaunas and serves customers of cybersecurity products from all over the world.
